We are now shipping internationally using UPS. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any custom or duties fees that you may be charged. Check with your local customs office for any questions regarding possible fees.
If you suspect that your package was lost by the USPS, you can file a claim HERE. Please know that we do not have control over packages once they leave our hands. We are provided with the same tracking information that is provided to you upon shipping. Please contact the USPS with concerns regarding your orders shipping.

Most packages that show as “delivered” and are not there show up in the next day or so. Contact your local post office and they should be able to help you track down your package! More than likely they have it at their facility or their system logged it as delivered by accident. If they don’t have it, check with your neighbors or in hidden spots around your house/complex.

Panache Parade is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been stolen or lost in transport, you can file a claim through the shipping company.
